Just Shout is a digital platform that connects customers with local professionals, offering a wide range of services from plumbing and electrical work to beauty services and pet care. This case study explores how Just Shout has revolutionized the local services landscape by providing efficient services through a digital platform, thereby enhancing customer experiences and attracting new customers to its network and beyond.

Goals

The primary goal of Just Shout's project was to create a complete brand identity, website design, and digital marketing strategy. Their branding kit includes logo design, defining a suitable color palette, product design such as bottle design, t-shirt and cap design, etc. We also delivered a bespoke website design that aligns with the company's vibrant approach.

Design Approach

Digicomet's creative team conducted in-depth research into Just Shout's company values, target audience, and demographics they are after. This research helped us understand and implement a unique design approach. The choices of classic black and white with vivid orange created a balance for reaching younger and older audiences. To make it more accessible, we incorporated two additional colors in the color palette.

Logo Design

The logo design for "Just Shout" cleverly incorporates a megaphone as a central element. The megaphone, with its bold and distinctive shape, symbolizes communication, amplification, and the power of making one's voice heard. Positioned alongside the logo text "Just Shout," it conveys the brand's message of empowering individuals to express their needs and preferences loudly and clearly. The choice of a megaphone as an integral part of the logo design not only reinforces the brand's name but also encapsulates the essence of Just Shout's mission – enabling efficient and effective communication in the local services industry.

Colour Palette

The color palette for this design project draws inspiration from the timeless elegance of black and white, infusing it with a burst of energy through the use of vivid orange. This combination of colors, enriched by the inclusion of alabaster and floral white as balancing tones, creates a striking and versatile visual identity.

This carefully curated color palette offers a blend of tradition and modernity, with the vivaciousness of vivid orange invigorating the classic black and white foundation. It not only conveys a sense of professionalism and clarity but also sparks a sense of enthusiasm and creativity. The balancing tones of alabaster and floral white ensure that the palette remains visually appealing and versatile across various design applications, making it a powerful tool for brand identity and communication.
